Diabetes UK Roadshow

The Diabetes UK Roadshow vehicles will be at Dockside Shopping Outlet, Chatham on 6th and 7th September offering free information and support. Free Type 2 diabetes risk assessments will also be available.

Will Adams Festival

Since 2000, there has been a festival each September to celebrate the culture and traditions of Japan through displays and workshops.

Activities include:

  • face painting;
  • martial arts demonstrations;
  • traditional Japanese dancing;
  • story telling;
  • arts and crafts stalls.

Medway Police Station Open Day

Medway police station will open the doors to the public, offering interest and fun for the whole family.  The event will officially open at 10.30am and doors will stay open until 4.30pm.

Specialist exhibitions from the dog unit, marine unit, public order team and Neighbourhood Watch will run alongside fun sideshows. People will have the chance to solve a crime after examining a mocked-up crime scene.  There will also be a number of activities and entertainers suitable for children

Look out in the local press for your voucher which can also be exchanged in your local Children's Centre or Library for the recipe collection.
