'On Your Marks...' is Medway Sport's legacy programme to break down barriers and support community participation in sport and fitness.

From teenagers to pensioners and everyone in between, our aim is to provide the people of Medway with exciting and innovative opportunities to get fit and active.

The programme covers a broad range of sessions offering something for everyone, including 'On Your Marks...' fitness classes and sports centre based activities. Please visit our sport centre pages for a copy of timetables.

The Benefits

The On Your Marks programme is a new low-intensity programme giving you the option to get into activity on a pay-as-you-go scheme.

Aimed at complete fitness-phobes, or those wanting to return to regular activity after some time away, the service can link you to sports groups, fitness class or get you from standing-to-jogging.

The 'On Your Marks...' programme complements the physical activity schemes delivered as part of the A Better Medway campaign.
