Zumba
Instructor - Emily Bailey
Latin-inspired, calorie-burning, easy-to-follow, dance fitness. Combining the rhythms of salsa, samba, flamenco, merengue, cumbia, reggaeton, etc. The most fun you will ever have in a workout!

Meta Fitness - Bootcamps
M.E.T.A (standing for Move. Eat. Think. Achieve) now run classes that are suitable, and encouraging for exercise beginners, but also facilitate more moderate to intense training requirements, as dictated by each individual.
The session is an hour long, and consists of a warm up, the main exercise component, a cool down and stretch off. All of the exercises are timed so you work as hard as choose (with gentle encouragement from the instructors). Routines change from session to session, and take full advantage of the environment and equipment not seen in regular gyms or leisure centres.
Classes run twice a week:
Wednesday evenings - 6.30pm at the St George Hotel, New Road Chatham.
Saturday mornings - 9.30am on the Esplanade, Rochester (Nr the castle).
Shikon Martial Arts
Tai Chi. The ancient Chinese art for health and self-defence. Gentle exercise which promotes improved health, inner calm, improved breathing, balance, co-ordination, concentration and concentration. Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10am and 7.45pm.
Vigorous and engaging children’s martial arts teaching confidence, health and self-defence including anti-bullying and stranger danger. Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 5.30pm Kung Fu Kids 4-6 years 6.15pm Kung Fu kids 7 -11 years.
Vigorous and fun martial arts for teens and adults improving health and fitness using self defence in a fun and engaging environment. Monday & Wednesday 7.45pm Adult martial arts.

Medway Touch - Multi Sports Club
Every Monday evening from 7:30pm-8:30pm at the indoor sports hall Fort Pitt starting 5th September 2011.
Multiple sporting activities and adapted indoor sports including softball and ultimate frisbee to name just a few.
All ages and ability welcome, all coaching and equipment is provided.
Cost £3.20 per session.

ZUMBA is a fun latin-based dance fitness class and no experience is necessary. ZUMBA TONING has all the benefits of ZUMBA but with the optional addition of light hand-weights.

Bodyworks classes offer a wide range of workouts suitable for men and women of all ages.
Classes include - Aerobics, Zumba, Body Conditioning, Step Aerobics.
All classes are undertaken in a safe and effective manner, and the fun routines and lively music ensures that the classes are enjoyed by all age groups.
The professional yet friendly atmosphere encourages participants to come with friends or to come alone and meet some new ones.

Judo Fit - Hosted by Walderslade Judo club
What is Judofit?
JudoFit is a safe, friendly and fun, weekly fitness session based upon judo movements and circuit training.
What do we do?
We aim to improve your general fitness, improving balance, co-ordination, strength, and stamina.
Will I have to fight?
No, but anyone interested in the competitive side of judo is welcome to visit and take part in our regular judo lessons on Mondays and Fridays.
Where and when?
Wednesdays - 6:00pm to 7:00pm - Main Hall, Greenacre School, Walderslade, Chatham, Kent.
And the best thing is, it’s free. All we ask is that after 4 lessons you must join the British judo Association. This costs £32/year.

Medway Adult and Community Learning Service offer a flexible exercise programme. For only £2.50 per session you can choose from Pilates, Tai Chi and three different Exercise to Music classes in which you will receive help and exercise advice from the experienced and friendly tutors.

There will be no classes during half term break 24th-28th October.
