Improving Access to Psychological Therapies (IAPT)

01795 439521

If anxiety, depression, post traumatic stress or obsessional compulsive disorder are starting to interfere with your life, there’s an initiative to help you. As part of a national programme to improve access to psychological therapy for adults with mental health needs, NHS Medway is offering support to help people put in place practical techniques to make day to day life easier and more bearable. If you think this might help you, you can ask your GP to refer you to the IAPT service, or phone the number above to refer yourself.

Walk 'n' Talk

Medway Mental Health Service User Engagement Project is running regular Walk 'n' Talk events throughout 2010.  There are walks in Chatham, Rochester and Gillingham.
