- access to accredited exercise instructors
- information around alcohol consumption and sexual health
We can also offer your staff a free health MOT, which involves;
- a height, weight and BMI measurement
- heart rate and blood pressure checks
- lung age and carbon monoxide level test
- an alcohol intake screening
- a brief mental wellbeing questionnaire
